The cost of a Carbonel Siamese or Oriental Shorthair kitten is $2,000 AUD.

At Carbonel Cats, every kitten is raised with love, patience and attention to detail. All of our breeding cats are DNA tested to help ensure our kittens are free from known hereditary diseases and conditions. We place a strong emphasis on responsible breeding practices and thoughtful pairings, always with the long-term health and wellbeing of our cats in mind.

Our kittens receive the best possible care from the very beginning, including high-quality nutrition, gentle handling and daily socialisation. This early care helps our Siamese and Oriental Shorthair kittens grow into confident, well-adjusted companions who are ready to thrive in their new homes.

Each Carbonel kitten comes with:

• Registration with the Tasmanian Feline Association (TFA)
• Fully vaccinated age-appropriate
• Desexed
• Microchipped
• Fully wormed
• 6 months of pet insurance with Knose Insurance
• Ongoing breeder support

Joining the Carbonel Cats waitlist registers your interest in a future Siamese or Oriental Shorthair kitten rather than one that is immediately available.

At Carbonel Cats, I carefully plan a small number of litters each year, with a strong focus on health, temperament and finding the best possible match for both kitten and home. Kittens are placed based on suitability, lifestyle and personality compatibility — not simply order of enquiry.

Because every litter is different, wait times can vary depending on colour, gender and the type of home you are looking for. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate availability.

Once kittens are on the ground, I will contact suitable families as kittens become available.

If a kitten is offered and accepted, a $500 deposit is required to secure your kitten. All new owners are also required to sign a kitten contract, which outlines the responsibilities of both breeder and owner and helps ensure the lifelong wellbeing of every Carbonel kitten.
